What sizes of fragrance samples do you offer?

  • We offer fragrance samples in 2ml and 3ml plastic bottles with a plastic cap and atomiser, as well as 5ml and 10ml high-quality glass bottles with a gold cap and aluminium atomiser.
  • Please note that our 1ml samples are supplied in partially filled 2ml bottles.

 

How do you produce each sample, and how long does it take?

  • All our samples are made to order.
  • We typically allow two clear working days for production during busy times, but we strive to fulfil each order as early as possible.

 

How do you handle shipping?

  • Once your order is produced, we aim to post it within one working day using Royal Mail services for secure tracking.
  • Please note that remiScent is not responsible for delivery times once the order has left our premises.

 

What should I do if my items are missing, faulty, or damaged upon delivery?

  • Please report any missing, faulty, or damaged items within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • Provide digital images and a written statement confirming that the items arrived damaged to support your claim.

 

Do you guarantee the authenticity of your products?

  • Absolutely! We guarantee that all fragrance samples are authentic and hand-produced to order from the manufacturer’s original bottle.
  • However, we cannot guarantee personal fragrance preferences.

 

Can I return or exchange samples based on personal preferences?

  • Due to the custom nature of our samples, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences.

 

Do you offer refunds for variations in fragrances?

  • Fragrances may have production variations and formula changes by manufacturers, which do not constitute a fault in the product.
  • While we 100% guarantee the authenticity of all of our items, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for fragrance formula variations.
