Production, Delivery and Return

Production:

remiScent rebottles all products independently, separate from the original manufacturers.

Sample Sizes:

  • 1ml samples are supplied in partially filled 2ml bottles.
  • 2ml and 3ml plastic bottles with a plastic cap and atomiser.
  • 5ml and 10ml high-quality glass bottles with a golden cap and aluminium atomiser.

Made to Order:

  • All products are made to order.
  • During busy times, we typically allow two clear working days for production.

We always strive to fulfill each order as early as possible to value our customers’ time.

 

 Delivery:

Timely Shipping:

  • Once your order is produced, we aim to post it promptly within one working day from the production day.

Shipping Method:

  •  We use Royal Mail services for secure tracking during transit.

Delivery Responsibility:

  •  remiScent is not responsible for delivery times once the order has left our premises.

Return:

Missing, Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • If items are damaged, faulty, or missing upon delivery, we may offer a replacement, credit note, or refund as deemed suitable.
  • Customers must report any missing, faulty, or damaged items within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Immediate inspection of all received items is required.
  • Failure to report within the 24-hour window will be interpreted as an acceptance of the goods in their received condition. Damage reported after 24 hours may not be acknowledged for claims.
  • To support a claim, customers are expected to provide digital images and a written statement confirming that the items arrived damaged.

Authenticity Guarantee:

  •  We guarantee that the product you receive will be authentic. Each perfume sample is hand-produced to order from the manufacturer’s original bottle.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will like it. Fragrance preferences are subjective, and individual experiences may vary.
  • Due to the custom nature of our samples, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences.

14-Day Cooling Off Period:

  •  We recognise that mistakes happen during ordering. Therefore, we offer a strictly conditional 14-day cooling off period from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
  • If the packaging has been opened prior to return, the return will be refused.

Manufacturer Variations:

  •  Fragrances are subject to production variations and formula changes by manufacturers. Such variations do not constitute a fault in the product.
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits based on perceived differences from previous experiences.

Customer Responsibility for a Return:

  •  It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us with a return request, including the reasons and any evidence of the issue, before sending the item back.
  • All costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure safe return delivery.
  • remiScent will not be liable for returns that do not arrive back to us.
