Production, Delivery and Return
Production:
remiScent rebottles all products independently, separate from the original manufacturers.
Sample Sizes:
- 1ml samples are supplied in partially filled 2ml bottles.
- 2ml and 3ml plastic bottles with a plastic cap and atomiser.
- 5ml and 10ml high-quality glass bottles with a golden cap and aluminium atomiser.
Made to Order:
- All products are made to order.
- During busy times, we typically allow two clear working days for production.
We always strive to fulfill each order as early as possible to value our customers’ time.
Delivery:
Timely Shipping:
- Once your order is produced, we aim to post it promptly within one working day from the production day.
Shipping Method:
- We use Royal Mail services for secure tracking during transit.
Delivery Responsibility:
- remiScent is not responsible for delivery times once the order has left our premises.
We appreciate your trust in us and strive to make your shopping experience seamless and efficient.
Return and Cancellation:
Cancellations Before Fulfilment:
- Orders can be cancelled before they have been fulfilled or dispatched.
- Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
- If the order has already been fulfilled or dispatched, customers may submit a return or withdrawal request where eligible.
Returns and Withdrawal:
- Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, or within 14 days of receiving the last item in the order where items are delivered separately.
- To be eligible for return, perfume samples must be unopened, unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened, used, sprayed, tampered-with, or unsealed perfume samples cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Fragrance Preferences:
- Fragrance preferences are personal and subjective. We cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer does not like a scent, or because it smells different from previous experiences.
- Production variations, batch differences, reformulations, ageing, maceration, or changes made by the original manufacturer do not constitute a fault in the product.
Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing, please contact us as soon as possible, within 24 hours of delivery, with photos and details of the issue.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
Return Requests:
- All return requests are reviewed before approval. Please do not send anything back before receiving return instructions from us.
