Bernard Chant was a legendary perfumer who made his mark in the fragrance industry as the head perfumer for International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF). He was known for his incredible talent in creating complex yet effortless scents and meticulous attention to detail when crafting each ingredient into a symphonic masterpiece.

Chant's signature style was the patchouli powdered chypre, which he used to create some of the most iconic scents of all time, including Grès Cabochard, Clinique Aromatics Elixir, and Aramis. His perfumes often had a muted animalic quality that alluded to sweat and the bedroom, which gave them a distinct and memorable character.

Chant's creations were revered by both perfumers and fragrance enthusiasts alike, with his concentrated perfumes leaving a trail of scent in the air that was both emotionally arid and incredibly present. Return and Cancellation:

Cancellations Before Fulfilment:

• Orders can be cancelled before they have been fulfilled or dispatched.
• Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but customers may submit a return or withdrawal request where eligible.

Returns and Withdrawal:

• Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, or within 14 days of receiving the last item in the order where items are delivered separately.
• To be eligible for return, perfume samples must be unopened, unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Opened, used, sprayed, tampered-with, or unsealed perfume samples cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• Fragrance preferences are personal and subjective, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer does not like a scent, or because it smells different from previous experiences.

Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Items:

• If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, with photos and details of the issue.
• All return requests are reviewed before approval. Please do not send anything back before receiving return instructions from us.
