Andalusi by Arabian Oud opens with polished brightness before revealing a darker, richly textured heart. Crisp apple and bergamot meet saffron’s warm, leathery spice, creating an opening that feels vivid without losing its depth.

Rose and vanilla emerge through the centre, softening the sharper edges with a floral sweetness that remains controlled rather than sugary. As Andalusi settles, leather, oud, sandalwood and amber take over. The drydown is dense, smooth and resinous, with the rose still glowing quietly through the woods. Oud gives the fragrance its shadow, while sandalwood and amber lend warmth and a rounded finish.

Cancellations Before Fulfilment:

• Orders can be cancelled before they have been fulfilled or dispatched.
• Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but customers may submit a return or withdrawal request where eligible.

Returns and Withdrawal:

• Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, or within 14 days of receiving the last item in the order where items are delivered separately.
• To be eligible for return, perfume samples must be unopened, unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Opened, used, sprayed, tampered-with, or unsealed perfume samples cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• Fragrance preferences are personal and subjective, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer does not like a scent, or because it smells different from previous experiences.

Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Items:

• If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, with photos and details of the issue.
• All return requests are reviewed before approval. Please do not send anything back before receiving return instructions from us.
