As Andalusi settles, leather, oud, sandalwood and amber take over. The drydown is dense, smooth and resinous, with the rose still glowing quietly through the woods. • Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but customers may submit a return or withdrawal request where eligible.

• Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, or within 14 days of receiving the last item in the order where items are delivered separately.
• To be eligible for return, perfume samples must be unopened, unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Opened, used, sprayed, tampered-with, or unsealed perfume samples cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• Fragrance preferences are personal and subjective, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer does not like a scent, or because it smells different from previous experiences.

• If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, with photos and details of the issue.
