Sugar by Aramic opens with a smooth blend of dark cherry and almond, gently sweet without becoming heavy. The cherry feels rounded and slightly liqueur-like, but it stays balanced, never overwhelming the senses. There’s a softness to the opening that makes it easy to wear from the first spray.

As it develops, the floral heart comes through more clearly. Turkish rose and jasmine sambac add a light elegance, lifting the sweetness and giving the fragrance a more refined shape. It feels harmonious, with each note settling into place rather than competing for attention.

In the base, tonka bean and Peru balsam create a warm, comforting sweetness, while sandalwood adds a creamy, woody depth. The dry down is smooth and well-blended, leaving a gentle, lingering trail that stays present without projecting too strongly.

Return and Cancellation:

Cancellations Before Fulfilment:

• Orders can be cancelled before they have been fulfilled or dispatched.
• Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but customers may submit a return or withdrawal request where eligible.

Returns and Withdrawal:

• Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, or within 14 days of receiving the last item in the order where items are delivered separately.
• To be eligible for return, perfume samples must be unopened, unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Opened, used, sprayed, tampered-with, or unsealed perfume samples cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• Fragrance preferences are personal and subjective, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer does not like a scent, or because it smells different from previous experiences.

Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Items:

• If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, with photos and details of the issue.
• All return requests are reviewed before approval. Please do not send anything back before receiving return instructions from us.

Can I return or exchange samples based on personal preferences?

• Due to the custom nature of our samples, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences.

Do you offer refunds for variations in fragrances?

• Fragrances may have production variations and formula changes by manufacturers, which do not constitute a fault in the product.
• While we 100% guarantee the authenticity of all of our items, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for fragrance formula variations.
