In Extremis by Astrophil & Stella feels like a slow-burning composition, one that shifts between shadow and light without ever settling in one place. It opens with a green, smoky edge, where birch and galbanum create something slightly sharp and atmospheric. Chamomile and angelica add a cool, almost herbal calm, while mastic resin gives a subtle, resinous lift that keeps the opening intriguing rather than heavy.

As it develops, the heart becomes softer but no less complex. Incense and musks create a hazy warmth, layered with magnolia and osmanthus that bring a gentle, diffused floral tone. It feels luminous, but there’s always a darker thread running underneath, giving the fragrance its depth.

The base is where everything deepens into a textured, almost tactile finish. Leather and oud come through with a dry, smoky richness, supported by guaiac wood, vetiver and patchouli. Ambergris and oakmoss add a natural, slightly salty and earthy dimension, leaving a long, contemplative trail.

•  We guarantee that the product you receive will be authentic. Each perfume sample is hand-produced to order from the manufacturer’s original bottle.

• Due to the custom nature of our samples, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences.

14-Day Cooling Off Period:

•  We recognise that mistakes happen during ordering. Therefore, we offer a strictly conditional 14-day cooling off period from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• If the packaging has been opened prior to return, the return will be refused.
