“A Perfume Should Make You Feel Something”

When people ask me where I am from, I tell them that `I am 100% German through my father and 100% Colombian thanks to my mother.’ I feel that I have the pragmatism and discipline often associated with northern Europeans (I did study Industrial Engineering) combined with the congeniality and colourfulness attributed to South Americans. And yet, I am happily at home working for Eurofragance in Dubai. Over the years, I have become completely fascinated by the cultures and perfumes of the Middle East and Asia. In many ways, I am a multicultural melting pot, which is clearly a gift and a strength for a Perfumer such as me.

My favourite olfactive family is the orientals, which I like to combine with the musky, animalic smell of ambergris. Next time we have the pleasure of meeting in person, allow me to tell you about the origins of this improbable raw material and what it can bring to your body care product or fine fragrance. It is a fascinating story I love to share.

Missing, Faulty or Damaged Items:

• If items are damaged, faulty, or missing upon delivery, we may offer a replacement, credit note, or refund as deemed suitable.
• Customers must report any missing, faulty, or damaged items within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Immediate inspection of all received items is required.
• Failure to report within the 24-hour window will be interpreted as an acceptance of the goods in their received condition. Damage reported after 24 hours may not be acknowledged for claims.
• To support a claim, customers are expected to provide digital images and a written statement confirming that the items arrived damaged.

Authenticity Guarantee:

•  We guarantee that the product you receive will be authentic. Each perfume sample is hand-produced to order from the manufacturer’s original bottle.
• Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will like it. Fragrance preferences are subjective, and individual experiences may vary.
• Due to the custom nature of our samples, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences.

14-Day Cooling Off Period:

•  We recognise that mistakes happen during ordering. Therefore, we offer a strictly conditional 14-day cooling off period from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• If the packaging has been opened prior to return, the return will be refused.

Manufacturer Variations:

•  Fragrances are subject to production variations and formula changes by manufacturers. Such variations do not constitute a fault in the product.
• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits based on perceived differences from previous experiences.

Customer Responsibility for a Return:

•  It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us with a return request, including the reasons and any evidence of the issue, before sending the item back.
• All costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
