Quentin Bisch

Quentin Bisch is a renowned perfumer who has worked with some of the biggest names in the fragrance industry, including Givaudan, Robertet, Carolina Herrera, Mugler, and Jean Paul Gaultier. He was born in Strasbourg, France, and graduated from the Givaudan Perfumery School.

Bisch made his debut in the world of fine fragrances in 2010 with Reminiscence Essence EDP, and since then has created numerous popular fragrances for both niche and designer brands. Some of his most popular creations include the Parfums de Marly Delina series, Carolina Herrera's Good Girl and Bad Boy, Jean Paul Gaultier's La Belle and Le Beau, and Paco Rabanne's 1 Million Parfum and Pure XS For Her.

Bisch is known for his bold and creative use of accords, and his ability to adapt his style to fit the brand he is working with. He has been called a "star perfumer" and is highly sought after in the industry.

Missing, Faulty or Damaged Items:

• Failure to report within the 24-hour window will be interpreted as an acceptance of the goods in their received condition. Damage reported after 24 hours may not be acknowledged for claims.
• To support a claim, customers are expected to provide digital images and a written statement confirming that the items arrived damaged.

Authenticity Guarantee:

•  We guarantee that the product you receive will be authentic. Each perfume sample is hand-produced to order from the manufacturer’s original bottle.
• Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will like it. Fragrance preferences are subjective, and individual experiences may vary.
• Due to the custom nature of our samples, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences.

14-Day Cooling Off Period:

•  We recognise that mistakes happen during ordering. Therefore, we offer a strictly conditional 14-day cooling off period from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• If the packaging has been opened prior to return, the return will be refused.

Manufacturer Variations:

•  Fragrances are subject to production variations and formula changes by manufacturers. Such variations do not constitute a fault in the product.
