Gao by Xerjoff is a deep, contemplative oud fragrance that leans into tradition without trying to soften it. It opens with a rich blend of saffron, warm and slightly leathery, immediately setting a dense, almost meditative tone. There’s no rush or brightness here, just a slow, confident introduction.

As it develops, the heart becomes more textured and earthy. Nagarmotha brings a dry, slightly smoky depth, while juniper adds a subtle aromatic lift. Gurjun balsam weaves through with a resinous warmth, creating a calm, grounded centre that feels steady and composed.

In the base, the fragrance settles into its full character. Oud takes a more defined role, joined by patchouli and amber that add richness and longevity. The composition feels raw in places, not overly polished, with a natural depth that lingers on the skin for hours.

Return and Cancellation:

Cancellations Before Fulfilment:

• Orders can be cancelled before they have been fulfilled or dispatched.
• Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but customers may submit a return or withdrawal request where eligible.

Returns and Withdrawal:

• Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, or within 14 days of receiving the last item in the order where items are delivered separately.
• To be eligible for return, perfume samples must be unopened, unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Opened, used, sprayed, tampered-with, or unsealed perfume samples cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• Fragrance preferences are personal and subjective, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer does not like a scent, or because it smells different from previous experiences.

Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Items:

• If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, with photos and details of the issue.
